What is Taplause's core product or service?Â
Taplause specializes in collecting customer feedback and measuring customer satisfaction, with a focus on customer experience management. Custom integration with processes and information systems is fully achievable, tailored specifically to meet customer business needs. While our primary service is delivering this product online, we also offer additional services in Finland. Our platform can be used independently without any supplementary services, providing flexibility to our clients.Â
Our solution is particularly valuable for businesses with multiple locations, helping them manage and monitor performance across different sites. However, we also serve single-location clients, adapting to their specific needs.Â
How could the Scaleup Launchpad project benefit Taplause?Â
International expansion often requires a local presence in the target market. The Scaleup Launchpad could help us identify local partners who can support our operations and drive sales abroad. Establishing a strong export footprint would be a significant milestone, and we’re especially looking forward to in-person meetings with potential sales representatives and partner companies.Â
How familiar is Taplause with the Estonian and Swedish markets?Â
Currently, Taplause does not have active export operations in Estonia or Sweden. We’ve had prior experience with clients in Sweden, but the high operating costs limited our progress. However, we successfully entered the Norwegian market through Finnish contacts and have explored opportunities in markets like Spain.Â
Through the Scaleup Launchpad, we hope to unlock new export opportunities and deepen our understanding of the Estonian and Swedish markets, gaining valuable market insights and experience.Â
What opportunities do you foresee in these markets through this project?Â
Our primary objective is to find local partners who can function as both resellers and service providers in these target markets. However, our expectations remain cautious as we are still in the early stages of the project. We’re working to identify how the project could specifically advance our goals and what synergies may exist with other companies involved.Â
The success of our international sales efforts will heavily depend on the capabilities and commitment of these local partners.
Collaboration with other companies in the projectÂ
While we have not yet established formal partnerships with other participating companies, we see strong potential for collaboration. Companies specializing in customer communication and interaction have shown promise, based on their presentations during the early stages of the project. These partnerships could open interesting opportunities for synergy and growth.Â
